Web & mobile studio Taking projects for Q3 2026
KAIROS designs and engineers websites and apps that move — cursor-reactive canvases, scroll-driven motion, type that performs. All of it at 60fps, all of it built properly.
The studio
We're a small studio with over ten years building for the web, iPhone and Android. We take on a few projects at a time, so nothing gets passed to someone junior — the people you meet on the first call are the people who design and ship your product. You'll always know what's happening, what it costs, and what comes next.
A real fixed price before we write a line of code — not an estimate that doubles later. Zero surprise bills, ever.
Few projects, deep focus. Every effect on this page earns its place — that's the standard your product gets too.
The code, the accounts, the data. If you ever wanted to walk away, you could take it all with you.
60fps animation, green Core Web Vitals, fast on a three-year-old phone. Speed is a feature we never trade away.

Why it works
The studios winning the web right now share one habit: motion with intent, type that speaks, and performance treated as design. We build exactly that way — every effect earns its place, nothing ships under 60fps, and the code stays yours.
Capabilities
How a project goes
We sit down with you and figure out what you actually need, how long it will take, and what it will cost. You get a real price up front — not an estimate that doubles later.
0 surprise bills
Every screen designed and turned into a clickable preview you can try on your own phone. You tell us what to change — nothing gets built until you're happy with how it looks and works.
100% approved by you first
One codebase that runs on the web, iPhone and Android. We keep you in the loop with weekly demos, and we build it so it still holds up at ten times the users.
99.9% uptime we build for
We handle hosting, the App Store, Google Play — all of it. And it's genuinely yours: the code, the accounts, the data. Walk away any time and take everything with you.
Day 1 ready for real customers
A lot of agencies disappear once the invoice clears. We don't. We monitor, fix, and keep improving — adding automation or AI when it actually saves you time, not because it's trendy.

The numbers
Questions
It depends on scope, which is why phase one exists: we figure out exactly what you need and give you a fixed price before anything is built. The number you sign is the number you pay. Smaller marketing sites and bigger multi-platform apps are obviously different conversations — both start with the same free call.
A typical product goes from first call to launch in 8–12 weeks: about a week of discovery, two to three weeks of design, four to six weeks of build, and a launch week. You'll get a realistic timeline in writing during discovery — and weekly demos so you're never guessing where things stand.
You do. The repositories, the hosting accounts, the app store listings, the data — everything is set up in your name from day one. If you ever wanted to walk away, you could take all of it with you. We think that should be normal; it usually isn't.
Yes — rescues are a regular part of our work. We'll audit what exists, tell you honestly what's salvageable and what isn't, and quote a fixed price for getting it shipped. Sometimes the answer is "this is 80% there"; sometimes it's "rebuilding is cheaper than repairing." Either way you'll know before you spend.
Not always — and we'll tell you when you don't. Motion is a tool for hierarchy and memorability, not decoration. Everything we build degrades gracefully, respects reduced-motion settings, and never costs you a green Core Web Vitals score. If an effect doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.
We stick around. You get simple reports on how the product is doing, ongoing fixes, and improvements as your needs change. A lot of agencies disappear once the invoice clears — not disappearing is, weirdly, one of our most competitive features.
